Halifax Real Estate News Compliments of Andrew Perkins Issue 1.8 - August 2021   The summer is just flying right by. As we enter the fall of the year, I think we will see a busy real estate market in Halifax. Inventory has dropped in August. We now only have 457 Active single-family homes and duplex’s for sale and 79 condos. That is extremely low. The beginning of the month started slow, and there seemed to be fewer multiple offer situations - probably due to summer vacations. However, we are back to very little inventory and lots of multiple-offer situations at the end of the month.   This month, I got away and played some fantastic golf courses in PEI and Fox Harbour. The Fox Harbour resort is first-rate, and I highly recommend it.  I had a great visit with some friends from Newfoundland, and we traveled to PEI for our 3rd annual golf trip. It was a fantastic time.   Let’s hope for great weather this fall, and as September 15 approaches and restrictions are lifted, we can get back to everyday life.
